Becky Pilates began with a passion for health and wellness. After experiencing the transformative effects of Pilates in my own life, I was inspired to share this practice with others. As a certified instructor, I specialize in creating individualized programs that cater to each client’s unique needs, whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your practice.
I began my Pilates journey in 2019, during a challenging time as a new mom. The postpartum period was overwhelming, and I struggled with weight loss and postpartum depression. Due to a weak core, I frequently got injured during both high-intensity and low-intensity workouts. That's when I discovered Pilates, which provided the perfect balance and transformed my fitness journey. Pilates not only improved my posture and taught me proper workout techniques but also helped me recover physically and mentally from my injuries. Now, I'm passionate about sharing the benefits of Pilates with women of all ages, sizes, and strength levels. Pilates is truly for everyone – men, women, and even kids – when made enjoyable!
